Texas bill looks to tamp down hemp ✖️
SB 3 in Texas aims to make hemp-derived THC products a felony. On X, the folks at Cornbread Hemp called on their Texas friends to help fight the bill. Within their call to action, they said, “SB 3 would ban our ability to ship full spectrum hemp products to customers in Texas. In fact, it would make it a felony!” See their full post.
