Cannabis people finding new work homes
This week's People Moves powered by White Ash Group
Good morning. What a week for the cannabis industry.
On Monday, we learned that Florida voters will get a chance to have their voices heard on cannabis legalization come November. Then on Thursday, a ruling in New York had the industry abuzz for several hours thinking that the entire regulatory rule book had been tossed. (It wasn’t.)
Here’s hoping for a more mellow week ahead.
Enjoy today’s People Moves powered by White Ash Group.

NEED TO KNOW
Retaining Long-Term Employees
As we roll into Q2, it's a good time to evaluate your business's performance. How has your company fared, and perhaps more importantly, what is the status of your employee turnover?
Retaining employees in the cannabis industry is crucial, especially considering the significant financial impact of a bad hire, which can cost your business between $25,000 and $50,000.
Building a strong team requires more than just attracting skilled professionals; it involves creating an environment that fosters growth, loyalty, and job satisfaction.
