Cannabis company Gold Flora Corporation, which operates in California and merged with The Parent Company (TPCO Holding Corp.) in 2023, has filed for voluntary receivership, the company said.

Dasheeda Dawson is leaving Cannabis NYC, a city agency designed to support the burgeoning industry, she said on LinkedIn. Dawson was the agencyโs founding Executive Director and served in the role since 2022.
Vertosa, an ingredient supplier for cannabis beverage companies, said it appointed Diana Eberlein as Chief External Affairs Officer. She was formerly president of the Cannabis Beverage Association.
